Shipping & Returns

• Processing: After an order is received, we start working on your order as soon as possible. It takes 1-3 days to fulfill the order and is shipped out within 5-7 business days. You should receive your order within 7-12 days of placing your order. You will receive a tracking number via email when your order is shipped.
• International Shipping: Orders will take 1-3 days to process after order is placed. Please allow for 7-21 business days until order is received depending on location. International shipping rates may vary and is calculated at checkout. Our HQ is located in NY, USA.
• Returns/ Exchanges:
• All items must be unworn, in their original packaging to be eligible for refunds/ exchanges.
• Refunds will be sent to original form of payment.
• Please email us with your order number and details of the product you wish to return. We will give you further instructions on how to return item within 24 hrs.
• You are responsible for shipping costs when returning item.
• We are not responsible for returns until they reach our location. Please retain your proof of postage and send your return with a tracking number, as we are not responsible for returns that are lost or stolen in transit.
